Yes. Dropple sells a genuine spare lid and a replacement bottle body, so you do not always need to replace the full bottle.

Wash the bottle, lid and straw regularly with warm water and mild washing-up liquid. Use a bottle brush and straw brush where needed, then rinse thoroughly and allow every part to dry fully.

To protect the finish and tracking mechanism for as long as possible, hand washing is the safest option, especially for the lid and any engraved or coated surfaces.

Rinse it after daily use and clean it thoroughly and regularly with a narrow straw brush. Clean it immediately after anything other than water.

Do not leave liquid sitting in the bottle for long periods. Wash all parts, rinse well and store the bottle with the lid off until completely dry.

Carbonated drinks can create pressure inside sealed bottles. We recommend using Dropple for still drinks rather than fizzy beverages.

Delivery estimates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. The current store advertises 1–2 day delivery in Ireland. The UAE shipping policy lists 1–3 business days.

Yes. Once dispatched, tracking information is sent by email or SMS where available.

Contact Dropple immediately. The current shipping policy says changes or cancellations can only be requested within one hour of placing the order.

Contact support within three business days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and delivery details so the courier enquiry can be opened quickly.

Contact support straight away. Orders may not be recoverable once dispatched, and Dropple's policy places responsibility on the customer for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided they remain in the original packaging with all seals and protective materials.

No. Used, filled, washed, opened, scratched or damaged bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

The current refund policy lists promotional, discounted and final-sale products as non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

Products bought at markets, pop-ups or events are not normally returnable unless defective.
