Dropple Shopping Policy

At Dropple, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and transparent. This Shopping Policy outlines important information regarding orders, payments, shipping, and delivery.

  1. Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through our website at www.dropplebottle.com.

To place an order, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

  1. Payment

We accept secure payments through:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. Dropple does not store or have access to your full payment details.

  1. Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)

Standard UAE Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 12 AED
• Free shipping on orders over 200 AED

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

  1. International Shipping

At this time, Dropple only ships within the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date.

While we will work with our courier partners to resolve delivery issues, Dropple is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
• Future customs or import delays outside the UAE

  1. Pre Orders & Limited Releases

For pre orders or limited product releases:
• Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed on the product page
• Customers will be notified by email if delays occur

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, orders may already be processed for dispatch and can no longer be modified.
