Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

At Dropple, we aim to make ordering and delivery clear, secure and straightforward.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are accepted, processed, dispatched and delivered within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer right or legal remedy available under the laws that apply to your purchase.

2. Placing an order

Orders can be placed through dropplebottle.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your country.
  • The billing, delivery and contact information you provide is complete and accurate.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • The products are being purchased for lawful purposes.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the sales contract is normally formed when we accept the order for fulfilment or confirm that it has been dispatched.

3. Order acceptance

Dropple may refuse, place on hold or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed.
  • Delivery is unavailable to the selected destination.
  • An obvious pricing, description or product-information error has occurred.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
  • The order appears to have been placed for unauthorised commercial resale.
  • The order breaches applicable law or our Terms of Service.

Where we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method unless another lawful method has been agreed with you.

4. Product availability

All orders are subject to product and stock availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer:

  • A suitable alternative.
  • A later dispatch date.
  • A partial refund for the unavailable product.
  • Cancellation and a full refund of the affected amount.

We will not substitute a product without your agreement where the replacement is materially different from the product ordered.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Other approved methods displayed at checkout

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers.

Dropple does not store your complete payment-card details.

The final product price, currency, delivery charge and any taxes collected by Dropple will be shown before you submit your order.

Your card provider, bank or payment service may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction charges. These charges are outside Dropple’s control.

6. Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries and regions made available through our website and checkout.

Available destinations may include:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Ireland
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Carrier coverage
  • Customs requirements
  • Product availability
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Destination restrictions
  • Fulfilment arrangements
  • Local legal or import requirements

A country appearing in the website country selector does not guarantee delivery unless a valid delivery method is available during checkout.

7. Fulfilment locations

Orders may be fulfilled from:

  • The United Arab Emirates
  • Ireland
  • Another disclosed warehouse, fulfilment centre or logistics location

The fulfilment location may depend on your destination, stock availability, carrier access and operational requirements.

An order containing multiple products may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel.

Where an order is divided into multiple parcels, you may receive separate tracking details for each parcel.

8. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on factors including:

  • Your destination
  • Parcel weight and dimensions
  • The number of products ordered
  • The delivery service selected
  • The fulfilment location
  • Carrier availability

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

9. Free delivery on two or more bottles

Dropple offers free standard delivery on eligible orders containing two or more bottles.

Free-delivery eligibility may depend on:

  • The delivery destination
  • The products included in the order
  • The delivery service selected
  • Any promotional terms displayed on the website
  • The availability of an eligible shipping rate at checkout

The offer applies only where free delivery is displayed and confirmed during checkout.

Express, priority or premium delivery upgrades may remain chargeable.

If products are later removed, returned or cancelled and the remaining order would not have qualified for free delivery, any adjustment will be made only where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed.

10. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination, delivery service and fulfilment location.

Typical estimates may include:

United Arab Emirates

Approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Ireland

Approximately 1 to 3 business days.

United Kingdom

Approximately 3 to 7 business days.

European Union

Approximately 3 to 10 business days.

Other international destinations

Approximately 5 to 15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless Dropple has expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery service or date.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Adverse weather
  • Carrier disruption
  • Industrial action
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Where EU consumer law applies and no alternative delivery period has been agreed, the trader is generally required to deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

11. Processing times

Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays applicable to the fulfilment location.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Orders placed after a daily processing cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Personalised, engraved, pre-order or bulk products may require additional preparation time.

Any longer lead time will normally be shown on the product page, quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

12. Personalised and engraved orders

Personalised, engraved, co-branded or made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

The estimated production or dispatch period may be provided:

  • On the product page
  • In a quotation
  • In your order confirmation
  • During correspondence with Dropple

Please check all names, spelling, logos, artwork and personalisation details carefully before approving an order.

Personalised products may not be cancellable once production has started and may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, not as described or does not match approved artwork or order details.

13. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be sent by email or SMS after dispatch.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant carrier and may take time to appear after the parcel has been collected.

Some economy or standard postal services may provide more limited tracking than express courier services.

A lack of immediate tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a parcel has not been dispatched.

14. Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Customs-processing charges
  • Brokerage or clearance fees
  • Local taxes
  • Other charges applied by the destination country

Where these charges are collected by Dropple during checkout, they will be included in the order total.

Where they are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery.

Dropple cannot guarantee the amount of charges imposed by customs authorities or other third parties.

Dropple will describe products and declare their value accurately. We will not mark a commercial purchase as a gift or deliberately understate its value.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported into the selected destination.

15. Customs information

International shipments may require information including:

  • A clear product description
  • Country of origin
  • Declared value
  • Harmonised System or customs code
  • Recipient name
  • Delivery address
  • Telephone number or email address
  • Tax or identification information required by local authorities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information where customs, delivery or government authorities reasonably require it.

Failure to provide requested customs information may delay delivery or result in the parcel being returned.

16. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Delivery address
  • Postcode
  • Recipient name
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number

Please contact Dropple immediately if you notice an error.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable reshipping charges may apply where legally permitted.

17. Address changes after dispatch

Once a parcel has been dispatched, Dropple may be unable to change the delivery address.

A carrier may permit the recipient to:

  • Redirect the parcel
  • Select a collection point
  • Nominate a safe place
  • Rearrange delivery

Any carrier redirection service is subject to the carrier’s own terms and availability.

Dropple is not responsible for an address change made directly between the customer and carrier, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

18. Missed or failed delivery attempts

Depending on the carrier and destination, the carrier may:

  • Attempt redelivery
  • Leave the parcel at a collection point
  • Request further delivery instructions
  • Leave the parcel in an authorised safe place
  • Return the parcel to the fulfilment location

Customers should monitor carrier notifications and collect parcels within the carrier’s stated period.

If an order is returned because it was unclaimed or repeated delivery attempts failed, any refund or reshipping arrangement will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Reasonable, unrecoverable shipping or return charges may be deducted where legally permitted.

19. Safe-place and nominated-person delivery

Where you instruct a carrier to leave a parcel in a safe place or deliver it to a neighbour, reception desk or another nominated person, the parcel may be treated as delivered when it is left in accordance with those instructions.

This does not apply where the carrier failed to follow your instructions or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

20. Delayed parcels

If your order appears delayed, please first check:

  • The tracking link
  • Carrier emails or text messages
  • Your delivery address
  • Local collection-point notices
  • Whether a neighbour or building reception accepted the parcel

Contact Dropple as soon as reasonably possible if:

  • The estimated delivery period has passed
  • Tracking has not updated for an unusual period
  • The carrier advises you to contact the sender

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your full delivery address
  • Your tracking number
  • Any relevant carrier correspondence

We will work with the carrier to investigate.

A request to contact us promptly does not remove any statutory right you may have regarding delayed or undelivered goods.

21. Parcels marked as delivered but not received

If tracking states that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check the delivery address.
  • Check any nominated safe place.
  • Ask other members of your household.
  • Check with neighbours, reception or building security.
  • Contact the carrier where appropriate.

You should then contact Dropple with your order and tracking details.

We may ask you to complete a written non-receipt declaration so that we can investigate with the carrier.

Any replacement or refund will be handled in accordance with the investigation and your applicable legal rights.

22. Lost parcels

A parcel may need to remain without movement for a carrier-defined period before it can formally be treated as lost.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost, Dropple will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • Reshipment
  • A refund

The remedy will depend on product availability, the circumstances and your applicable legal rights.

23. Damaged deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain and photograph:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The internal packaging
  • The damaged product
  • Any visible impact, leakage or crushing

Please do not dispose of the packaging until we have reviewed the issue or confirmed that it is no longer required.

Your rights relating to damaged, faulty or non-conforming products are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

24. Incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Part of your order is missing.
  • An accessory or component is missing.
  • A personalised product does not match the approved details.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The products received
  • The parcel
  • The shipping label
  • Any personalisation or production error

Where the issue is confirmed, Dropple will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

25. Faulty or unsafe products

Contact us if you believe a product is faulty, defective or unsafe.

Please stop using a product immediately where continued use could reasonably create a safety risk.

Under UAE consumer-protection law, where a defect is established, applicable remedies may include repair, replacement, recovery of the product and reimbursement of its price, or another remedy required by law.

EU consumers also have statutory remedies where goods do not conform to the contract. These may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances. EU rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, although individual countries may provide additional protection.

Further information is available in our Returns & Refund Policy.

26. Risk of loss or damage

Subject to applicable law, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

Where the carrier was selected by you and was not offered by Dropple, different legal rules may apply.

For qualifying EU consumer purchases, risk generally remains with the trader until the consumer or an authorised third party takes physical possession of the goods.

27. Ownership

Legal ownership of products normally passes to you once:

  • Full payment has been received; and
  • The products have been delivered

This provision does not alter any mandatory consumer right or risk-transfer rule.

28. Pre-orders and limited releases

For pre-orders, limited releases or products awaiting stock:

  • Estimated dispatch or delivery timing will be displayed where available.
  • Dates may be estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
  • We will contact you where there is a material delay.
  • You may have cancellation rights under applicable law.

Products included in the same order may be dispatched separately.

If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, the affected amount will be refunded.

29. Order changes and cancellations before dispatch

Contact us immediately through our Contact Us page if you need to change or cancel an order.

Because processing may begin quickly, we recommend contacting us within one hour of placing the order.

This operational recommendation does not remove any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered fulfilment.

30. European Union withdrawal rights

Where an eligible online purchase is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, the consumer generally has 14 days from receiving the goods to notify the trader of a decision to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason.

Separate rules apply to the deadline for returning goods after withdrawal, refund timing, delivery costs, diminished value and lawful exceptions such as clearly personalised products or certain hygiene-sealed goods.

Full details are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy reduces any EU withdrawal or statutory conformity right.

31. Refused, unclaimed or returned international parcels

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because import charges were not paid, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

A refund may be reduced by reasonable, unrecoverable:

  • Outbound delivery charges
  • Return delivery charges
  • Carrier charges
  • Customs charges
  • Clearance costs

Any deduction will be made only where legally permitted.

Personalised products may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund but remain protected where faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

32. Delivery restrictions

We may be unable to deliver to:

  • PO boxes
  • Military addresses
  • Freight-forwarding addresses
  • Sanctioned or restricted destinations
  • Locations outside carrier service areas
  • Locations where import of the product is prohibited

Any available restrictions should become apparent during checkout or when the order is reviewed.

If we cannot deliver an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

33. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government action
  • Customs disruption
  • Transport interruption
  • Industrial action
  • Major telecommunications failure
  • Carrier-system disruption
  • Public-health emergencies
  • Import or export restrictions

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and contact affected customers where appropriate.

This section does not exclude mandatory rights concerning delayed, lost or undelivered orders.

34. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the handling of an order or delivery, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs or correspondence where relevant

We will review the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this section prevents you from raising a complaint with an appropriate consumer-protection authority or pursuing another legal remedy available to you.

35. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

Dropple LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates, and this policy is generally governed by applicable UAE law.

However, this does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies in the country where the consumer is habitually resident and which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will take priority.

36. Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

37. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to:

  • Delivery destinations
  • Carriers
  • Shipping charges
  • Customs requirements
  • Fulfilment operations
  • Promotions
  • Applicable law

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted, except where required by law or expressly agreed with you.
