At Dropple, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when ordering from us.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags, seals and protective materials included
• The product has not been used, filled, washed, scratched or damaged
• Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, used water bottles cannot be returned.
- Non Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used or opened products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
• Promotional, discounted or final sale items
• Products purchased at markets, pop ups or events unless defective
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue
• Your delivery details
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Return Process
To request a return, please contact:
If your return is approved:
• Return instructions and the UAE return address will be provided
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return relates to a damaged or defective item.
- Policy Misuse
Dropple reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where products show signs of use, tampering, misuse or suspicious return activity.
