HYDRATION IN THE UAE
Hot days make hydration harder to ignore.
In hot weather, your body loses more fluid through sweat, especially around training and outdoor activity. UAE health guidance advises drinking plenty of fluids even when you do not feel thirsty.
WHO heat guidance recommends drinking water regularly and at least 2 to 3 litres per day during heatwaves. Individual needs vary and can be higher with exercise, heavy sweating or prolonged heat exposure.
