HYDRATION IN THE UAE
Hot days make hydration harder to ignore.
In hot weather, your body loses more fluid through sweat, especially around training and outdoor activity. UAE health guidance advises drinking plenty of fluids even when you do not feel thirsty.
WHO heat guidance recommends drinking water regularly and at least 2 to 3 litres per day during heatwaves. Individual needs vary and can be higher with exercise, heavy sweating or prolonged heat exposure.
Sources: UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention and World Health Organization heat guidance. People with medical fluid restrictions should follow their clinician's advice.
WHO advises at least 2 to 3 litres of water per day during heatwaves.
Do not rely on thirst alone. Keep fluids going through the day.
Four finished bottles gives you a simple visible 3 litre tracking target.

LOOK AFTER YOUR DROPPLE
Simple aftercare.
A little regular cleaning will help keep your bottle, straw and Twist to Track lid fresh and working properly.
How to wash your bottle
1
Take the bottle apart
Remove the lid and straw so each part can be cleaned properly.
2
Wash with warm soapy water
Use warm water and mild washing up liquid. A bottle brush and narrow straw brush make cleaning easier.
3
Rinse thoroughly
Rinse the bottle, lid and straw well so no soap remains.
4
Let every part dry fully
Leave the bottle open and allow the lid and straw to dry completely before putting everything back together.
For the longest life of the finish, engraving and tracking mechanism, hand washing is the safest option, especially for the lid.
NEED A REPLACEMENT?
Spare parts are available.
You do not need to replace the whole Dropple if one part needs changing. Genuine replacement parts are available online.
