HEALTH & HYDRATION
Hydration supports how you feel and function.
Water helps your body regulate temperature, protect tissues, support movement and remove waste. Dropple makes completed refills visible, so your progress does not rely on memory alone.
No app. No charging. Just fill, drink, twist and repeat.
WHY HYDRATION MATTERS
Water supports your body all day.

Water helps your body maintain a normal temperature, especially during exercise and warm weather.
THE DROPPLE METHOD
See your progress instead of trying to remember it.
A normal bottle shows what is inside now. Once you refill it, earlier progress disappears. Dropple keeps a simple visual record directly on the lid.
Fill your 750 ml bottle.
Drink it at your own pace.
Twist when you begin the next refill.
Tap the drop or twist the lid
Each click represents one complete 750 ml refill.
WHY TRACKING HELPS
Turn an invisible habit into visible feedback.
Goal setting, self-monitoring and feedback are widely used behaviour-change techniques. Dropple applies them in a simple physical format.
Each completed refill has a visible position on the lid.
Your total does not depend entirely on reconstructing the day.
Your progress is available whenever you pick up the bottle.
WHY DOES DROPPLE TRACK TO 3 LITRES?
A practical visual target, not a rule for everyone.
EFSA's adult adequate intakes are 2.0 litres of total water per day for women and 2.5 litres for men. These totals include water from food, plain water and other drinks.
Needs can rise with activity, sweating and heat. WHO public guidance for hot weather recommends drinking regularly and at least 2–3 litres per day.
